Week 8: Where Do Babies Come From?

1. Sadie (Maude Apatow) from Knocked Up

 I'm not coming up with my own fictional explanation for where babies come from because this little girl did it perfectly. While Ben (Seth Rogen) and Alison (Katherine Heigl) are at the table for breakfast, Debbie's (Leslie Mann) daughter Charlotte (Iris Apatow) asks who the man is next to Alison. Alison explains that its her boyfriend Ben. Ben thinks it will be cool to tell little 3 year old Charlotte and 6 year old Sadie that him and Alison are having a baby. Sadie argues that you're supposed to be married to have a baby (as you an tell from the title of the movie, Knocked Up, that's not what happened). then Charlotte asks where babies come from and she is asked to explain where she thinks they come from. She says "Well. I think it's a stork, he umm, he drops it down and then, and then, a hole goes into your body and there's blood everywhere , coming out of your head and then you push your belly button and then your butt falls off and then you hold your butt and you have to dig and find the little baby." i think that explanation is perfect!
